Orders & Payment
Most orders are produced and dispatched within 3-5 business days of purchase, depending on current order volume. Each piece is made to order in small batches, so this isn't an off-the-shelf turnaround. During new releases or the holiday season, this may extend slightly — we'll let you know if there's a delay.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal through our secure checkout.
Because production starts shortly after your order is placed, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within a short window. Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page and we'll do what we can.
We occasionally accept custom design requests depending on current workload. Contact us with your card details and ideas and we'll let you know if we can help.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We ship to Australia, the United States and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and all international orders are sent via tracked service. See our full Shipping Information page for details.
Shipping within Australia is free on ALL orders! All international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your local authority. These are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer — Lostmoon has no control over these charges.
You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive that email.
Products & Compatibility
Each graded display listing specifies which slab brands it's designed for. PSA, BGS, CGC and TAG are the four most commonly supported. If you're unsure about a less common grader, contact us before purchasing, or check our Display Guide.
No. Your card stays with you. Lostmoon products are display frames, cases and art inserts — you place your card or slab into the display yourself after it arrives.
Standard is a clean, flat UV print that looks consistent in any lighting. Holographic is printed onto a holographic vinyl substrate, so the surface shifts colour as the light angle changes — similar to a holographic card. See the full comparison on our Display Guide.
Art inserts are UV-printed directly onto vinyl sheet — no paper and no fading. Frames are precision-cut clear acrylic.
Clean acrylic surfaces with a microfibre cloth only — avoid paper towels, abrasive cloths or chemical sprays. Keep your display out of prolonged direct sunlight to protect print longevity, and avoid stacking heavy objects on top of it.
Returns & Issues
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund once reviewed. Full details on our Returns & Issues page.
Because each piece is made to order in small batches, we don't generally accept change-of-mind returns. If there's a specific circumstance, reach out via our Contact page and we'll see what we can do.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days of approval. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.
