Products

All Lostmoon products are handmade in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, finish or print placement may occur between individual pieces — this is a natural result of the handcrafted production process, not a fault.

Product images are taken under controlled lighting and are as accurate as possible, but screen colours may vary slightly from the finished product.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely at the time of order through our payment provider.

Production and dispatch times

Because our products are made to order in small batches, dispatch times may vary. Current estimated production and dispatch times are listed on our Shipping Information page. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by order volume.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, branding, photography and website content are the property of Lostmoon and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Independent brand disclaimer

Limitation of liability

Lostmoon products are display accessories only. We are not responsible for damage to cards, slabs or collectibles placed into our products, including damage resulting from incorrect use, mishandling, or use outside of the product's intended purpose. We recommend reviewing the care instructions provided with each product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lostmoon's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of QLD, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state or territory.
