Lostmoon products are handcrafted in small batches. Here's what to expect from order to delivery.
Production time
Most orders are produced and dispatched within 1–2 weeks of purchase, depending on current order volume. During peak periods — new releases or the holiday season — this may extend slightly. We'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Australian shipping
Orders within Australia are sent via tracked Australia Post. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

International shipping
We ship to the United States and selected international destinations. All international orders are sent via tracked international post.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority. These costs are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. Lostmoon has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking number first. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we may be able to correct it before dispatch.
